Registration

You can sign up to the Sulkava Rowing Race as follow:
1)    Pay the participation fee according to the instructions below
AND
2)    Registrate via our Internet pages by filling out the electronic form (Sulkava long boats/ small boats/  special boats/ canoes whichever is applicable to you)

You will get a confirmation of your registration to your e-mail. We will not confirm the registrations arrived via normal post, though the registration is valid when both the participation fee and the registration form have been returned successfully.
Participation fee can only be returned with medical certificate. However, paid participation fee can be agreed on to move to the next Sulkava Rowing Race.

In the long boats’ category write your team's name and the start time (for example: OLD ROWERS / SATURDAY OPEN).

In the small boat, special boat and canoe categories write the participants’ names and the start time (for example: JOHN DOE / SINGLE M40 (men 40years)  or JOHN DOE, JANE DOE / COUPLE ROWERS MIXED).

Participation fees:

For the Friday and Saturday starts – in long boat, small boat, special boat and canoe categories

45 €/person (payment by 31.12.2012)
50 €/person (payment between 1.1.-31.5.2013)
60 €/person (payment between 1.-14.6.2013) 
70 €/person (payment between 15.6.- 2013)

Of the participation fee 7,50€ is with the VAT of 14%, 7,50€ with the VAT of 24% and the rest with the VAT of 10%. The participation fee includes the liability insurance by the organiser, roster, lunch, sauna, prizes, diploma, leaflet of the results and the bus transportation from Sulkava village to Hakovirta.

For the Sunday Hakovirta 20 km and Friday 4 km (including canoes):

45 €/person (payment by 31.12.2012)
50 €/person (payment between 1.1.-31.5.2013)
60 €/person (payment between 1.-14.6.2013)
70 €/person (payment between 15.6.- 2013)

two day Tour rowing race (including the overnight; also for canoes)


60 €/person (payment by 31.12.2012)
65 €/person (payment between 1.1.-31.5.2013)
75 €/person (payment between 1.-14.6.2013)
85 €/person (payment between 15.6.- 2013).

Of the participation fee 15,00€ is with the VAT of 14%, 15,00€ with the VAT of 24% and the rest with the VAT of 10%. The participation fee includes the liability insurance by the organiser, roster, lunch at the camping area and at the finishing line, morning coffee, coffee on both days on the half way of the route, sauna on both days, prizes, diploma, leaflet of the results and the transfer of the equipment from Sulkava village (rowing stadium) to the camping area and on the following day back to the rowing stadium. In addition, the tour rowing participation fee includes the right to camp for two nights at the camping area owned by the Sulkava society in Varviranta (pls. see the attachment of a map, p. 15). For the participants of Thursday-Friday tour the right to use the camping area is from Wednesday to Friday (10.-12.7.2013) and for the participants of Saturday to Sunday tour the right to use the camping area is from Friday to Sunday (12.-14.7.2013). The tent places cannot be booked in advance. (If the participants are going to camp or go ashore on the area owned by a private landowner this has be discussed beforehand with the landowner in question).

WHEN YOU PROVIDE THE NAME LIST OF THE PARTICIPANTS BY THE 14TH OF JUNE, THE INFORMATION OF YOUR BOAT CREW WILL MAKE IT TO THE PRINTED PARTICIPANT MAGAZINE.

RACE OFFICE

When the rowers or canoeists arrive to Sulkava the participants have to report to the race office where the participation fee will be checked and the documents of the race and the race numbers will be given. After the race the medals/prizes and the diplomas can be fetched from the race office at the Rowing stadium.
