Participation fees are charged per person.
Please note that lateregistrations will not be accepted after the final deadline (July 5th 2026).
The Participation Fee Includes:
- Route & Safety: A marked route with official
signage, safety boats and First Aid, GPS tracking with results service. - Logistics: Luggage transport for Adventure Row Class to a capming ground. Secure
storage during the race, plus bus transfers to the starting area (for Hakovirta start line). - On-Route Service: Access to support stations along the course (note: not available on the 15 km route).
- Finish Area Amenities: Access to the dedicated Rowers’ Lounge, showers, and sauna facilities at the Rowing Stadium.
- Recognition: An official participation medal and a diploma.
- Food & Celebration: A rowing meal on the day of the event, plus entry to the “AfterRow” event and evening party.
- Media: A special rowing issue of the Sulkava newspaper (available in print or digital), featuring pre-event coverage and results.
- Concierge: For our international clients we offer assistance with inquiries in area.

Boat Rental Price List

Invoicing: Boat rentals are billed in advance. Prices include VAT (25.5%).
Handover: The boat will be handed over to the renter at least one hour before the start. The boat must be returned to the organizers immediately after the race.
Technical Briefing: Instructions for boat adjustments and equipment will be provided during the handover.
Liability: The renter is responsible for providing their own cox and crew, and is liable for any damage to the boat during the rental period.

For the team steersmen, the regular ticket will be upgraded to a VIP ticket for the duration of the day.
