Still looking for 2 rowers

We are an English crew rowing Friday in a fixed seat church boat. We have 2 seats available. We have an experienced Finnish cox. Our crew is mixed men and women, and we have a disabled rower (who can row better than most of us) which is why we are in a fixed seat boat. Our crew are all experienced Cornish Pilot Gig rowers, and compete each year in the world championships. We also do the 35km Great River Race in London each year. Much of our rowing is done where a river meets the sea and the second highest tides in the world, so we do a lot of rowing against strong tides and currents. But our boat will go faster with 14 rowers than 12, so please help us out.
